Our Government-approved certification schemes allow organisationsÂ to workÂ to building regulations and legislative standards, and our building consultancy services offer testing and assessment in domestic and commercial buildings.
We offer Green Deal Installer, Microgeneration and Competent Person Schemes for installers and domestic & non-domestic energy assessment, Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS), Green Deal and Code for Sustainable Homes Schemes for assessors.
Our services include a plethora of innovative software solutions; our RSAP+ and E-Cert software allows installers and assessors to work freely in the field without hassle or the need for an Internet connection. Our software packages integrate with existing platforms and modules, managing a wide range of data, performing calculations and providing a real solution to handling forms and paperwork.
WeÂ provide accredited testing, assessment, and consultancy services to facilitate the development, refurbishment, or ongoing management of energy-efficient and sustainable buildings. We conduct air tightness testing, acoustic testing and additional testingÂ services such as thermographic imaging to ensure new and existing buildings comply to Government legislation.
WeÂ develop innovative and flexible software packages,Â focusing on simple, mobile solutions, including tools for undertaking surveys, calculating property energy efficiency, gathering supporting information and building finance packages – all supported by seamless data management and storage.
