Ecobuild 2015 event

Reflecting on Ecobuild 2015

By in Events on March 11, 2015

The beach stand is back in its box for another year as Ecobuild drew to a close last Thursday evening. I was at the show on Wednesday and it was great to see so many people engaging with us for the free CPD sessions, software demonstrations and of course for our free refreshments. The stand was buzzing on all three days and played host to many hundreds of delegates from DEAs to GDPs to installers. Members and non-members were very welcome and the whole event was extremely positive.

Here are the shared thoughts and memories from the Stroma team:

Ecobuild 2015 CPDs“Our beach bar stand was very well attended; we saw many of our members over 3 days and received some very useful feedback on our software and services. To have over 400 people in attendance for our CPDs was a magnificent achievement.”
Andy Parkin, Technical Manager

“I’d like to personally thank Neil Marshall from the NIA and Petter Allison and Matt Davies from TGDFC for their contributions to our CPD programme. There was a diversity of existing and potential members visiting the stand and though it was a tiring few days, the whole team has been buoyed by the event.”
Stuart Oakes, Sales Manager

“The Renewable Heat Incentive was a hot topic at the event and our own RHI CPD was extremely well received. Ecobuild was the perfect chance to meet the installer audience and explain the opportunities we’ve got for them in more detail such as installer bundles, Part P and our various software tools.”
Andy Sharp, Commercial Manager

“Ecobuild was a fantastic experience and I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to meet people and newcomers to the sector. It is an event which truly lives up to the hype and it was great to put faces to voices and chat about new and exciting products.”
Hedley Purton, Business Development Manager

“During Ecobuild I received some very positive feedback regarding Version 3 of our Tracker software and its new functionality. Since the event my phone hasn’t stopped ringing! Looking forward to getting back in touch with the people we met and following up on some great leads.”
James Evans, Business Support Manager
